Healty lifestyle

If you want to be fit and healthy you should follow the simple rules. You shouldn't eat too many hamburgers, chips or pizzas. I don't think it's a good idea to eat a lot of chocolate or ice creams. Why don't you eat a lot of fruit and vegetables in steat. You shouldn't drink fizzy or beer. It is better to brink a lot of water. It is a good idea to have cereal with milk for breakfast. You should also take regular exercise. Why don't you walk to school in stet of going by car.

My winter holiday!

I spent my last winter holiday in Italy, in a small town- Livinio. I went there with my whole family. It was great . During the day,I went skiing , I sledged and played snowballs with my brother. I also took up the snowboard course. After a few bumps I was able to slide quite well. The weather was beautiful . The slope was covered with snow and the sun was shining brightly. Besides, I met a lot of fantastic people from different countries. In the evening we went to the restaurand and ate delicious Italian pizza . When I got tired I rested in a small hotel which was situated in the centre of Livinio.I had a wonderful view from my window. I bought a few souvenirs for my Polish friends and took up about 500 photos. I came back home unwillingly and I am planning to go there next year.

Sport it health!

When people exercise better humor have. It effects better frame of mind too. People are due to exercises in better form too. It causes nothing as common game to volley-ball or basketball. It causes also, that we think about optimistically more enclosing we world. I think , that sport has many advantages. So, we should on it many time , in order to take care of form.

Saturday

Today is a normal Saturday in my town. The weather is wonderful. It's about eleven o'clock in the morning. Two old ladies are talking on the street. Some man is pushing his car, and his family can not wait to leave. Probably going to the lake. About ten people are standing in outside the cinema. They are waiting to buy tickets for the film. So why in the morning?
People somewhere in hurry. Why? It’s Saturday – day off .
And I was behind a window seat and wonder what to do.

My story yesterday...

Yesterday I was to the beach. A lot of people were sunbathing, swimming and relaxed. I could not find a space to put my towel. When I was relaxing to the beach I heard a strange sound. A young girl was lying on an airbed and screaming. I was a good swimmer and ran to the sea. I swam out to the girl and returned with her to the beach. She thanked me very and that she saved her life.  when I got back to my towel, I didn’t found my jacket. My jacket had all his money. Nobody saw nothing. This situation has taught me, that If You rescue someones’s life that no one will help You later.

Every of us dreams about an ideal house.

My house from dreams is not too big and not too small , it's perfect. It has one bedroom for every member of family and one spare one for guests. It also has big spacious kitchen connected with dining room . The kitchen is painted in light , warm colours , and there is enough space to put everything away , so you don't have to take care about messy cabinets any more. Table in dinig room is long so during family meetings , dinners and any special occasions everyone can sit there and enjoy the time. Next is painted in light browish colours living room , the sofas are dark brown with slightly lighter cushions . It's the most comfortable room in the house. It is't too big and hasn't got too musch light ... in the coroner is a fire place ,which we can use during short winter days to warm house up, and make a special athmosphere. Bathroom is quite big , with white and gold walls , huge bath tube , and shower . Also there is one wall made only from mirrors. And of course many small hidden cabinets to hide my cosmetics. My bedroom is painted dark purple , has big comfy bed near one wall , and desk on the opposite side. There is enough space to put spare bed when my friend sleep over or to dance when I want to organize a party. It has couple roof windows and one window on the wall with the view on the sea. There is also a huge garden , with palm trees and swimming poll , there is barbecue coroner , with a table and wooden chairs . This house is a perfect place to spent time with friens but also a ideal for small family moments .

What real friend should be?

Emma - my best friend. Emma is a very special person for me. I can honestly say that she has even made a great influence on my entire life. We have known each other since the 6th class of Primary School and since then we have always been best friends.
Personally I think that Emma is an attractive and generally sociable person. My best friend
tall. Also, she has got a long black hair and blue eyes. Usually she wears casual clothes such as baggy jeans and striped sweaters.
I like her because she is an optimistic and joyful person. Whenever she has got into trouble,she does not worry about that. However he is also very ambitious.
