If you want to be fit and healthy you should follow the simple rules. You shouldn't eat too many hamburgers, chips or pizzas. I don't think it's a good idea to eat a lot of chocolate or ice creams. Why don't you eat a lot of fruit and vegetables in steat. You shouldn't drink fizzy or beer. It is better to brink a lot of water. It is a good idea to have cereal with milk for breakfast. You should also take regular exercise. Why don't you walk to school in stet of going by car.
